Grandmaster T K Loh 9^th Dan presented Cornwall Instructor Steven Shields 3^rd Dan with a letter of appreciation from the President of the Kukkiwon Kwang Won-Sik. The presentation took place at the 28^th TTA British Championships. The letter of appreciation is in recognition of the contribution and service to the development of Taekwondo and its culture. Mr Shields is the first instructor in Cornwall to receive a letter of appreciation from the Kukkiwon Korea.
